If you wish to cancel or move an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged 30% of the booking fee. This is the same if you miss/no show for an appointment without letting us know. If you give us notice we can give your appointment to someone else, so please let us know if you can't make it. 



We patch test for all of our eyelash treatments and tints. This must be done 48 hours before your appointment. Patch testing takes two minutes and you can arrange to pop in and see a therapist for your allergy test when you book online.  Please book a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. We will not under any circumstances perform a lash treatment without a patch test.


Please download our booking app and book ahead through the app. The app makes booking and changing your appointments easy for you and for us. Fresha will ask you to add a payment card when confirming your appointment, this will not be charged until your appointment is complete. We will only authorise a charge for no shows in compliance with our fair cancellation policy. 


We do not have customer car parking on site, however we are located next to Vicarage Street Car Park which is a pay and display car park. 

Glow Beauty Rooms are based upstairs in our new location. We are looking at ways to make this wheelchair accessible but at the moment sadly we are no longer wheelchair accessible.
